Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Red, white and blue popsicles that are completely nutritious and so refreshing in this summer heat!

Ingredients

For the red layer

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste

For the white layer

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste

For the blue layer

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste

Instructions

  • Combine strawberries, Greek yogurt and honey in blender until smooth. Scoop the mixture evenly into 3-ounce plastic cups, filling the cups one-third full. Place into freezer and freeze until set, about 15-20 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and honey. Scoop the mixture evenly into the plastic cups, filling the cups two-thirds full. Place into freezer and freeze until set, about 30-45 minutes.
  • Combine blueberries, Greek yogurt and honey in blender until smooth. Scoop the mixture evenly into the plastic cups, filling the cups full. Place into freezer and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.
