Ingredients

1 pound strawberries, hulled and diced
3 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar and balsamic vinegar, to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened, about 25-30 minutes.
